This is an easy and delicious dish that can be a snack or a meal.
Step 1: Step 1-Ingredients
You can either make your own dough or buy some. If you want to make your own, and it tastes much better, here's what you'll need:
-3 cup flour
-2 tsp. yeast
-1 cup warm water (the yeast needs to be in warm water for it to activate)
-1/4 cup oil
-1/2 tsp. salt
-Shredded chedder cheese
-Deep Frier (If you don't have one, you can use a large pot filled with oil on the stove, just make sure you have a lid)
Step 2: Step 2- Making the Dough
After you have everything you need, you'll start making the dough. In the large mixing bowl pour the 1 cup of warm water, and then add the 2 tsp. of yeast. Let the yeast dissolve into the water, DO NOT MIX. This should only take about a minute or two.
Step 3: Step 3- Making the Dough cont.
When the yeast has dissolved, add the 1 tsp. of sugar, 1/2 tsp. of salt, and the 1/4 cup of oil and mix.
Step 4: Step 4- Making the Dough Cont.
Now you're going to gradually mix in the 3 cups of flour to your mixture. Mix in about half the flour, then slowly add the rest while mixing. If you need to you can add a little more water and oil to help. When the flour is mixed in, knead the dough for 5 minutes. When done, set the dough aside to rise for roughly 20 minutes.
If you own a deep frier, now would be a good time to heat it up. If you don't own a deep frier you can use a large pot filled with oil on the stove to deep fry in, just make sure you have a lid in case of splashes.
