Why should your pizza always be flat, huge and hence meant to be shared! Here are mini pizza baskets or no bake baskets which are just right to be entirely put in your mouth and taste it to the fullest! these are fast and the kids are going to love them
Step 1: Prepare
Next prepare all that you need for the pizza. Cut finely vegetables or sausages or mushrooms and gather your mozzarella cheese, sauces, oregano, chilies or whatever you want it to be. Cut out rounds from a slice of bread or if you want to bake your own once you prepare and roll the dough cut out rounds. Simultaneously prepare white sauce in a sauce pan with butter, salt, pepper, garlic, herbs and whole wheat flour.
Preheat an empty cup cake pan for 1 minute. Dip these cut outs in the sauce quickly and place them on the cup cake pan (which should be coated with butter)
Step 2: Cook
Once done add your fillings in these cups and coat it with cheese. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for a while (the time taken to cook would depend on what you are filling, if you use meat its recommended to precook it before adding as it takes much longer than the rest).
You can do the same in an oven if you please. The results will be the same and will cook more evenly especially if you are using a mix of ingredients that cook at a different rate.
Step 3: Serve
The kids love to have these with pasta. However you could have it as a snack in itself. These are very quick to make and go great with beer too!!!
