Introduction: Pizza Bianco.

We're dreaming of a white pizza, just like the one we used to know. This is a delightful change to the traditional tomato based pizza, it is hard for me to eat spinach, but in this pizza you almost gorge it down it is so good. Try it you will like it! Try this with the kids and they will start to love it also.

Step 1: Ingredients:

Cheese topping:
2 - tablespoons butter.
3 - tablespoons flour.
1 - cup milk.
1/4 - teaspoon salt.
1/8 - teaspoon pepper.
1 - garlic clove, minced or garlic powder to taste.
2 - tablespoons fresh basil, minced.
1 - pinch oregano
1/2 - cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.
1/2 - cup spinach

Pizza dough:
3 - cups flour
1 1/2  - cups warm water,
1 - teaspoon salt
1 - packet instant pizza yeast.

Step 2: Pizza Dough.

Stir pizza yeast, flour, salt, and warm water to make a dough ball.
Knead for a lttle while till it fills like a dough.
Spread out out wiytrolling pin
Curl up the edges so you have a lip. Grease the baking pan.
Put the dough in the pan.

Note: I only use half of the dough for this pizza.

Step 3: Make the White Sauce.

Heat butter in a small saucepan. (if you cooked the bacon first, that grease could be used.)
Add flour and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Slowly whisk in milk, adding gradually.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Will thicken as it heats up and then rest before placing on the pizza.

Step 4: Bake It

Put it in avery hot oven. We used 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cooking time will vary oven to oven, but I would say at least ten minutes.
Put on a cooking mitt to protect your hands from the hot baking pan.
Remove from oven when done.

Step 5: Add the Last Ingredients.

Pan fry the bacon and then put on paper to drain the extra grease.

Step 6: Serve.

Top the pizza with the fried bacon
Let the pizza cool for a bit.
Cut and serve.

Step 7: Update: Fake Pepperoni Pizza

In case you are wondering what ever happened to the other half of the dough, It went into making a sort of fake pepperoni pizza. Ppperoni is expnsive so I just took some vologna and a mushroom can and made or own rounds. Of course you could not leave out the outer part!
