Hi there

this is my first attempt to thank you all for your amazing post here.
I have a 17" laptop and lot of scrap plywood Show i am trying to make a pc stand.

Sorry for my English

Step 1: The Files

I have atach the files that i use to cut the stand.

The dxf file is for 12mm knife. I don't use smaller to my shop.

Step 2:

I make 4 small holes on 4 corners with a drill to hold it down with a screw, (the red cycle)

Step 3:

I clean with Saw the pieces of the top and the base.
After that i use my sanding belt at first and then i use different sandpaper to sanding them

Step 4:

After sanding, clean the dust with a dry rag and then apply varnish to finish

glue them together and that it!

Thank you.

Your .crv3d files are used by Aspire. Since the project is 2d, if you can save them from Aspire as .crv files, those of use with VcarvePro can use these as well. Just save them as .crv files and republish the links to the new files. .crv files can be read with both Aspire and VcarvePro.

Your design is clever and the finished product is very nice. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you
I will try to make and one more with 3mm bit.

This is a slick looking little laptop stand. Very nicely done, I like it! :)

Thank you very much.
