Introduction: Poached Egg With French Beans

Il show you how to make perfect poached eggs one which works for me

Step 1: Ingredients

Egg
French beans a handful
Chat masala
Chilli flakes
Salt Pepper
Saucepan
Spatula

Step 2: Boil Water

Bring your water to full boil ( boiling state in which the bubbling had just happened)
( I used 5 inches of water so that my poached egg is in oval round shape)
Lower the heat to minimum so water comes to simmering state

Stir in a spoon ( forming a tornado in the water)

Step 3: Poaching

Add your egg ( make sure you had cracked it in a bowl first)
While you pour your egg, make sure the surface of bowl is touching the water
Slide the egg in the hurricane ( tornado)
DONT TOUCH THE EGG UNTILL IT FIRMS UP
( lightly poached 4-5 min)
(heavy poached 6-7)

Step 4: Beans

Wash beans ( trimming the ends)

On a chappati pan ( you may use non stick too) add 3 drops of oil

Add your beans

add chat masala

Sprinkle of water

Cover and cook until tender to eat.

Plate the beans out. Placing egg on top and garnish it with chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
