 by sokamiwohali
In this Instructable, I will show you how to make a Pocket Sized Survival Fishing Kit using an Altoids tin. there are more uses to this kit than just fishing. the only thing is though, you'll have to figure them out. they aren't hard though, I promise.

I AM ALSO N O T RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, OR DEATH THAT MAY COME FROM USING THIS KIT. IF THESE EVENTS DO HAPPEN, IT IS DUE TO YOUR LACK OF THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING HOW TO USE IT AND ITS COMPONENTS. I do NOT wish this extreme circumstance on anyone.

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO FULLY UNDERSTAND YOUR KIT AND ITS COMPONENTS. DOING SO WILL ENSURE THE RAPID AND EFFICIANT USE IF IT AND ITS COMPONENTS.

what are safety pins for

really, everything in ANY survival kit has a use...the use of the items though are only limited by your imagination...the pins could be used to make a hairpin trigger for a snare or deadfall trap, or could (in a severe case) be used as a makeshift hook...but that would be severe. its all about knowing how to use your kit efficiently.
