This fruit-packed smoothie is a little sweet, a little tart and a whole lot of healthy. Low-fat Greek yogurt make it extra thick and creamy — a treat! Make it for breakfast and you’ll feel satisfied until lunchtime.
Step 1: Ingredients Required
Four simple ingredients is all you’ll need.
- Sugar/Honey (2 - 3 tbsp)
- 1-2 glass of milk
- ICE cubes
- Greek Yogurt (optional)
Step 2: Cut the Pomegranate
Peeling the skin/shell of the Pomegranate is the art of Pomegranate Smoothie.
- Using a knife crack it open.
- Deseed the pomegranate.
**When you deseed, take some time and care to deseed or else the juice may run out.
Step 3: Blender Contents
Simple In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
- Add the Pomegranate seeds.
- 2-3 tbsp of sugar.
- Add 500ml of toned milk into the blender.
- Add some Yogurt, anyways it's optional.
Step 4: Blend It
