Today's recipe is Pomegranate Smoothie!

Pomegranate – A Superfood For Good Skin, Hair, And Health. Drinking pomegranate juice benefits our health and skin in a myriad of ways. It is one of the few fruits whose juice is as beneficial as the fruit itself. In comparison to other fruits, pomegranates contain the maximum amount of antioxidants.

This fruit-packed smoothie is a little sweet, a little tart and a whole lot of healthy. Low-fat Greek yogurt make it extra thick and creamy — a treat! Make it for breakfast and you’ll feel satisfied until lunchtime.

Let's Begin!

Step 1: Ingredients Required

Four simple ingredients is all you’ll need.

  1. Pomegranate
  2. Sugar/Honey (2 - 3 tbsp)
  3. 1-2 glass of milk
  4. ICE cubes
  5. Greek Yogurt (optional)

Step 2: Cut the Pomegranate

Peeling the skin/shell of the Pomegranate is the art of Pomegranate Smoothie.

  1. Using a knife crack it open.
  2. Deseed the pomegranate.

**When you deseed, take some time and care to deseed or else the juice may run out.

Step 3: Blender Contents

Simple In a blender, combine all the ingredients.

  1. Add the Pomegranate seeds.
  2. 2-3 tbsp of sugar.
  3. Add 500ml of toned milk into the blender.
  4. Add some Yogurt, anyways it's optional.

Step 4: Blend It

  1. Blend until the mixture becomes really the smoothie.
  2. Blending all depends upon the blender used, because the blending speed may vary.

Step 5: Smoothie Done!!

Your Yummy Pomegranate Smoothie ready to make your breakfast pleasant.

Add some ice cubes to serve it chill. You can also add honey to your drink that makes the drink really yummy.
