Step 1: Get a Wire Hanger

get a wire hanger and bend it so the width is a circle shape.

Step 2: Get a Safey Vest

get a safety vest. mine was a freebie. as long as it has holes it'll work.

in this case I had my beautiful wife sew it up for me, because my sewing skills are horrible.
