These are definitely a fun treat to snack on and to surprise your guests with. Affordable and easy to make, hope you enjoy!
Step 1: Supplies!
Food Grade Brush or Small Spoon
Microwave Safe Bowl
Step 2: Chocolate Chips!
Step 3: Melting the Chocolate!
Step 4: Chocolate Shells!
Put your tray in the freezer to chill and harden the chocolate quickly.
Step 5: Filling the Chocolates!
Open up a package of pop rocks and fill each chocolate shell about 2/3 of the way up with the candy.
For the mold I used, I was able to get about 6 chocolates filled per single bag of pop rocks.
Step 6: Sealing the Chocolates.
Place the tray back in the freezer to chill and hardened the chocolates quickly.
