Introduction: Popper Mushroom Cups

An easy original snack you'll always want more of.

Step 1:

Ingredients
for 10 mushroom cups
2 jalapenos
3 oz cream cheese
2 tsp whipping cream
1 slice bacon
10 mushrooms
vegetable oil

scrape and mince the jalapenos

Step 2:

Put the jalapenos in a small sauce pan. Then cut up the bacon and put it in. Cook on medium heat for 6 minutes then let cool.

Step 3:

Wash the mushrooms and scrape out the stems.

Step 4:

Mix the cream cheese and cream  with the bacon and jalapenos. Brush each of the mushrooms with vegetable oil and place them on a cookie sheet on top of parchment paper. Spoon the mixture into each.

Step 5:

Bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 6 minutes and enjoy.

I love mushrooms

I don't eat bacon but this sounds really good! Maybe I could make it with vegetarian bacon?
