Step 7Begin arms and head
The 20-inch cord will be used to finish the arms and the head.
Use a tool of some sort to loosen up the chest section. Feed an end of the cord under the loosened part of the chest section, leaving about five inches of cord on one side to finish one of the arms. The longer end of the cord will be used to wrap the head and the other arm.
