Introduction: Potato Brinjal With Pepper Dry
I have prepared potato brinjal (eggplant/aubergine) with pepper dry within 15 minutes its very tasty fry. Everyone liked this one.
We can eat this as side dish,with chapathi, with rice, with dosa and all we can prepare it instantly. Here I'm not going to use a lot of ingredients,I used only 8 items those are all always available in the kitchen.
When I was thinking about putting something for Instructables, I suddenly got this idea so I prepared this one. Its really good, you can try it too!
Step 1: Ingredients
These ingredients would be enough for a dish for two.
- Potato 50 grams
- Brinjal 50 grams
- Pepper 1 table spoon
- Garlic 20 grams
- oil 7 table spoon
- turmeric powder
- red chilly powder
Step 2: Crushing
Crush the pepper and garlic separately exactly as shown in the image. I used a flat based stone.
Step 3: Cutting
Cut the brinjal and potato in different shape and size as you wish.
Step 4: Frying
Put the pan on the stove.
After it becomes hot, put oil in the pan.
After oil became hot, put cut brinjal and potato.
Stir it 3-4 minutes, now put crushed garlic and pepper
Add a pinch of turmeric, salt for taste and stir it well until it becomes brown.
Now tasty potato brinjal with pepper dry is ready to eat!
