Precious Emma knitted Hat

This is a hat that I knitted is a combination of fun fur and Jiffy yarn. It is quick and easy and so adorable.
size 10 1/2 knitting needles
Cast on 64 stiches (72)
work in seed stitch for 2 1/2 inches (3inches)
work in st st until 5 1/2 inches from beg. (6 inches)
End with a purl row
Dec
1st row*knit 6, k2 tog, repeat from* across row
2nd row Purl
3rd row *Knit 5, k2 tog, repeat from* across row
4th row Purl
5th row *Knit 4, k2 tog, repeat from* across row
6th row Purel. Do not bind off, cut yare and pull through stis on knitting needle, draw up tightly.
sew seam tog
To make curly Q's I just use reg yarn for contrast.
Cast on 20 to 25 sts. Knit, inc every st. Bind off.
Attach to top of cap
I use fun fur along with another yarn. For a really cute change to pattern I drop the fun fur for the dec rows. It makes the top flatter and is darling.

Very cute. I like working with two strands: one worsted weight and the other fun fur. You are still able to see the stitches relatively easily and the end result if very soft. Your model sure is adorable.
