Here I will show you how to construct a Smoke Ring Cannon. It is quite easy to make and will take less than an hour to build. All the materials can easily be found at any supermarket and are quite affordable. Though the cannon won't be particularly life changing it will provide some momentary enjoyment.

Step 1: Materials:

Pringles can
Tape
Balloon
Matches/Lighter
Paper
Bucket of water
Funnel
Scissors
Can operner

Step 2:

Use a can opener to remove the base from the Pringles can.

Step 3:

Using a scissor cut the long end of a balloon. Stretch the balloon over the open base of the Pringles can and use tape to secure it in place.

Step 4:

Tape a small funnel to the other end of the can.

Step 5:

You can use any material to create smoke, however it is advise that when setting anything on fire to keep a bucket of water at hand.

Step 6:

To use allow smoke to build up inside the can then pinch the balloon to cause a smoke ring to form. You can use either one or more cans and the long end of the funnel can be cut as well.
