Here's a page by a science teacher on bottle rockets. www.lnhs.org/hayhurst/rockets/ He has a lot of step by step instructions and pictures. I followed all his instructions and it worked everytime. I have a lot of info on bottle rocketry I can e-mail you if you want.

This is great!  I'd like to see more info on building the launcher, though.  That's kind of the crucial part, isn't it?  I'm getting ready to do this with my science class next week.  We've done it before with a different launcher, and this one looks more stable.
