Introduction: Protein Jello

About: Wife, nanny, baker, soon-to-be-mommy! I love creating yummy, healthy recipes!

The perfect low calorie, high protein, guilt free dessert! The flavor possibilities are endless!

Step 1: Protein Jello

Ingredients

1 package sugar free lime jello mix

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (120ml)

1 scoop MTS Key Lime Pie whey (30g) (could sub vanilla)

sweetener if desired

Instructions

Boil 1 cup water and add jello mix.

Add sweetener if desired and stir until dissolved.

Put mixture in freezer for a few minutes.

Mix 1 scoop protein powder and 1/2 cup milk. I use a shaker cup.

Add jello mixture to shaker cup and shake!

Pour into any shape container and refrigerate about 2 hours.

Eat all the jello!!

Notes

Experiment with different flavors of protein and jello!

    I use these as a substitute for jello in my survival bars... Greatest decision I've made this month.

    This reminds me a little of the protein bars they eat in Snowpiercer. Except delicious and not gross. Awesome idea!

    This is a great idea. It occurs to me, gelatin is a protein, so this is a high protein desert.
