• Calories ............. 180 kcal
• Protein ............... 15 g
• Total Carbs ........... 18 g
• Total Fat .............. 8 g
• 2 eggs
• 70g oats
• 20g coconut flour
• 2 scoops (40g) vanilla protein powder
• 1 (ripe) banana
• 1 glass of water
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• 50g blueberries and raspberries
• and honey on the top!
HOW TO MAKE:
In a large bowl mix eggs, baking soda, water, protein powder, coconut flour and cinnamon. Blend ripe banana and oats separately and mix it all together. Add half teaspoon of the coconut oil into the bowl, and use the rest on a heated frying pan. Cook on a medium temperature. Once you see tiny bubbles appear, it's time to flip the pancake!
