Introduction: Puff Pastry Wrapped Barbecue Feta Meatballs Recipe


500g minced meat

1 portion puff pastry

150ml barbecue sauce

150g feta cheese

150g cherry tomatoes

2 spring onions

salt & pepper

Step 1: Preparation

Scatter salt & pepper to the meat. Cut the spring onions in small pieces and give it the the meat. Cut the cherry tomatoes and parsley in pieces and give it in the bowl. Crumble the feta cheese nd pour the barbecue sauce over it. Now mix everything together. Cut the puff pastry in pieces and place them on a muffin shape. Fill a bit form your mix in the shapes. Now wrap the puff pastry around the filling and turn the wrapped meatballs.

Step 2: Finish

Put the form in the oven at 150 degrees celsius circulating air for about 40 minutes. Now grab a few and enjoy. Look at my other work.
