Introduction: Pullpup V.2

You've heard about the v.1, right? If not, please go check that out for a little background info. This is my redo, same concept... completely different execution. In this design there isn't a feed ramp, and it's closer to a normal pin gun than a bolt action, but I'm getting far better range (about 15 ft vs rarely making it out of the barrel) and it actually shows off the design by being so much more compact and having the chamber a mere 4 and a half INCHES from the back of the gun. That deserves at least a bit of a nod, right? :p


Anyway, here's my challenge: if anyone can suggest a method (or collectively get me) to get it to fire 30 feet I will make a full ible of how to make that one that fires 30 or more ft and list everyone who helped. sound good? OK. I'm looking forward to the comments starting.... NOW! ;)

hammer action, shell ejecting, kriss vector on it's way! (ive almost got the mech...anyone able to maybe build a body I could use? I don't have a model and I'm terrible from pictures)

woot! got it to fire 20 ft, fairly powerful, only 4 #32 bands. will try with more tomorrow and see how it goes

should I continue with this or try and make the swing bolt one ive been thinking about?

any ideas for better firing or not yet?

Not really, I haven't looked at it enough to really see how it works in the first place. I think I do, but not well enough to come up with any great ideas.

I can't really even find any real friction point, it just doesn't go that far at all... I think maybe the end of the pin isn't impacting the round hard enough or something

If there is no friction points, then it's your power source. Try reinforcing your trigger mech and put more bands on it.
