This is a Pinterest recipe that my sister introduced me too, and man is it good and guilt free! It takes about 10 minutes to whip up and travels great. It is definitely a go to dip for a party or potluck. There are only 5 ingredients, and you can dip an array of things in it. I cut up some apples, bananas, and graham crackers, but you can use Nilla wafers, red grapes, teddy grams, cinnamon pita chips, the list on and on. Use whatever you like!
Here is what you will need:
1 tub of low fat whipped topping
4 oz. of 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 can Pumpkin
3/4 T. Pumpkin Spice
Ok, now here is the recipe… if you blink, you’ll miss it. Mix everything together.
OOPS.. don’t forget the powdered sugar
