12oz can evaporated milk
1 Cup sugar
1Tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Tablespoons melted butter
1/8 Cup molasses

Pastry blender
Sifter
Pie crust shield
Sous Chef
Single Crust:
1 1/2 Cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Heaping Tablespoons sugar
1/2 Cup shortening
4-5 Tablespoons of cold water
