It’s that time of year again where it’s Pumpkin Spice Everything. I don’t know about you but I get these big cravings that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside because it’s Fall season, my favorite! Since I don’t have hours to make a whole pumpkin pie I’m going to be making this quick, healthy and delicious Pumpkin Pie Smoothie that tastes just like the real thing. I love this recipe because it satisfies my sweet tooth and gives me that comforting Fall flavor, yet it’s still healthy and I’m still able to be conscious about my healthy eating efforts.

Ingredients:

- ½ cup Pumpkin Puree

- ¼ cup Greek Yogurt

- ¼ cup Soy Milk

- ½ Banana

- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice

- 1 tsp Maple Syrup

- handful ice cubes

Preparation:

Mix in blender for 1 minute until nice and smooth. If the smoothie is too thick then add more Soy Milk and continue blending.
