Pumpkin and Cranberry Smoothie Recipe:
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 2 cups milk (I used almond)
  • Ice (Optional)
Recipe Directions: Set aside two cups and add ice. In a blender blend pumpkin and cranberries; add banana and stevia.  Blend until all the ingredients are incorporated. Slowly add milk to the blender and blend until the mixture becomes creamy. Place in cups and serve.
