This is purple Kale

Step 1:

Wash and stip leaves from stem by grasping stem and pulling off all of the leaves.
Boil for 5 min in a large pot filled with water.

Step 2: Purple Kale

Drain and saute with 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic smashed. Season with salt and pepper or chili flakes
