Queen of Hearts

I cut the dress pattern out of red velvetty fabric, used hemming tape to secure a hulahoop in the bottom, and hot glued cards onto the fabric. The train on the back is made from cards that I ironed onto black lace with hemming tape. The sceptor is made from a clothes hanger, ribbon, and pipe cleaners. The wig, gloves, and makeup are store-bought.
