Quick Drop Biscuits

Quick Drop Biscuits
I had a midnight craving for some biscuits so I searched online for some quick biscuits.  I had most of the ingredients ... except eggs.  UGH!! Recipie after recipie .. eggs.. eggs...eggs.  Finally, I looked into my pantry in despiration and found pancake "just add water" mix.  With that mix I made the BEST drop biscuits ever!!

1 1/2 cups of mix
1/2 cup of water

Preheat the oven to 475.
Mix until the dry ingredients are moist.
Should have a sticky, lumpy consistency.
Drop your batter onto a cookie sheet well greased or lined with parchment or some other liner.  Leave a nice bit of space between your biscuits as they will expand slightly.
Bake for approx 8minutes (depending on your oven... temps may vary)

Yields 8 biscuits... or 6 large ones .. or 4 extra large ones.

Add butter and whatever else your heart desires... I love butter and honey. NOM NOM!
