Introduction: Quick N' Easy French Crepes!! (More Cooking Tutorials to Come, Stay Tuned!!)

Hi!! Are you hungry for a taste of France? Is it Mothers' or Fathers' Day? Or do you just want to treat yourself and/or your family? Well then, I've got the perfect recipe for you. This recipe is a family favorite that has been passed down through my family for years. My father and I love making these on the weekends, and sometimes I make them in the morning before school. They usually take only 15 minutes to make.

Ingredients:
Original recipe makes 12 crepes
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot.

Well, there you are!! Nice Job! Enjoy your crepes!! Please comment on your experience below. Stay tuned for more recipes, and give me ideas on what to upload!!
