Step 2First fold
This is a bit of origami, but nothign tricky, if i'm not clear enough leave a comment and i will see what i can do to improve the clarity.
Fold the piece of paper over, BUT don't press down on the fold. The fold should be along the shorter side of the paper, so you have a long narrow piece of paper.
Gently press down onto the centre of the fold, but don't make the crease to deep.
Unfold. You should have something like the second picture.
