Simple, fast, healthy, and not a lot of mess, this is becoming a go-to dinner during the workweek for me and my lady.  I sometimes add half a can of tomatoes at the same time as the noodles to mix it up a little and add a little acid, and you can definitely add the veg or meat of your choice.
