A quick and easy to make delicious mouth watering chocolate cream cake with choco chips layers.

Anybody can make it.NO COOKING OR SPECIAL
SKILLS REQUIRED;)

Step 1: Ingredients

For Cake:



• 1/2 cup all purpose flour
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/8 tsp baking powder
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp instant coffee powder
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup sugar, powdered
• 2 tbsp yogurt/curd (dahi)
• 1/4 cup buttermilk
• 2.5 tbsp oil


For Ganache and Decorating:



• 75 ml fresh cream/heavy cream*
• 4 oz/113 g semi sweet chocolate,
• chopped*2 tbsp fresh cream/heavy cream*




• chocolate chips, as required


Step 2: Making the Dough

Seive all purpose flour and cocoa powder.

In a mixing bowl add:



• 1/2 cup all purpose flour
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/8 tsp baking powder
• 1/8 tsp salt


Stir it well untill everything is mixed properly

Step 3: Dough Preparation

Take one cup water and put 1/4 tsp instant coffee powder in it n stir it

In another mixing bowl add the following:



• 1/4 tsp coffee powder
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp yogurt/curd
• 1/4 cup buttermilk
• 2.5 tbsp oil


Whisk the above ingredients well

Step 4: Adding Ingredients of Step 2 and Step 3 in a Bowl

Add ingredients of both the bowls into a single bowl n whisk it well such that the batter is consistently thick.

Do not over whisk it

Step 5: Greasing the Baking Container

Grease the microwave oven container with butter and pour the batter into it

You need to bake it for around 20 min in a preheated oven for about 25minutes

you can keep checking in between.to check whether its cooked well or no,insert a toothpick into the dough n check if no batter sticks to it.If batter sticks to the toothpick,let it cook for some more time.

Step 6: Preparing the Ganache



• In another bowl,put 75 ml fresh cream/heavy cream
• Heat the bowl untill the cream just starts boiling
• add chopped chocolate chocolate chips/dark chocolate
• let it stay for 5 minutes
• stir it until you achieve good consistency


Step 7: Slicing and Covering the Cake With Ganache

Slice the cake from the centre into two pieces and apply the ganache in the centre and on the top base as well.

Step 8: Decorating With Duo Milk-choco Chips

Decorate and give your cake a finishing touch with cocoa chips

You can however use other decorating stuffs of your choice

I've melted a milk chocolate bar to write the name as shown.However you can make a sugar colored cone to write and decorate.

Your yummy delicious chocolaty cake is ready to serve!:)
