This was an old one we had kicking around in the basement.
I dug it out and repainted it for my sister!

Sand paper
Metal polish
Step 1: Strip Down
Remove all the components down to the bike frame.
Step 2: Prime and Paint the Frame
Choose a colour theme and don't forget to mask!
Step 3: Reassemble.
