Quick Tip: How to Keep a Pillow Cool for CHEAP (or Even Free)!

Ever get tired of your pillow getting hot, and needing to flip it, just to let it get hot again? Well, this may solve your problem.

Materials needed:

-Your pillow without a pillowcase
-A PRINTED T-shirt (long or short sleeve, no polos or other kinds of shirts, hoodies, etc) which can fit on your pillow. Old ones you don't wear, old ones you like but don't wear, or ones you get for free in promotions/events are recommended, you just don't go buy a new shirt for a pillow.

Step 1: Instructions

put the shirt on the pillow. graphics facing up. If there are graphics on the back, the largest one or the one that covers more area faces up. You will rest your head on the graphic.

Step 2: How It Works

The graphic is cool to the touch, which means that it will cool your head when you rest it on. When it warms, take your head off for a moment and put it back on.

Step 3: What Is Recommended, and for Those Embroidered And/or Appliqued Shirts, or With Any Other Decoration Method

Embroidery, applique, and any other kind of decoration doesn't work because they simply aren't cool to the touch. In fact, it won't even feel good if you rest your head on it, and if you're a side sleeper, you don't want any kind of imprint on your cheek in the morning, if it's embroidery or applique.

Step 4: Now You Know.

You don't need to use just one shirt, you can have a whole bunch of shirts for this purpose. You don't even need to buy another pillowcase! You can even cover all your pillows in t-shirts, if you want. Last step is to rest your head on the T-shirt covered pillow and have a good nights sleep ;)

This is also a good way to make your own pillowcase without sewing.
