Sea el país que sea, las razones para participar de un cacerolazo son múltiples, pero básicamente todas refieren a descontento o indignación por acciones de gobierno, por ejemplo las que menciono en el último paso.
Solo pretendo ayudar a construir adminículos para hacer ruido sin gastar dinero. No es mi intención discutir acá de política, así que denunciaré cualquier comentario demasiado agresivo.
En mi instructable del 18/09 comenté que participé activamente del cacerolazo masivo del 13/09. Próximamente se realizará otro, el 08/11 que se espera sea mucho más importante, y no es cuestión de dejar que me agarre de a pie.
Así que me puse a probar otras maneras de hacer mucho ruido con poco esfuerzo, porque si bien los tubos de amortiguadores fueron un éxito, hay formas más eficientes de hacerse notar.

So I began to try other ways to make a lot of noise with little effort, because while dampers tubes were a success, there are more efficient ways of getting noticed.

Lo primero que hice fue buscar en Instructables, y hallé varios dispositivos para hacer ruido, de los cuales el primero que probé fue el siguiente http://www.instructables.com/id/Really-Obnoxious-Noise-Maker/
Casualmente mi mujer usa para el lavarropas un líquido (Woolite)cuya tapa sirve también como medida, y viene como anillo al dedo para hacer una prueba con poco esfuerzo.
Todo se redujo a eliminar la tapita superior, convirtiendo así la tapa medida en un tubo recto rodeado por otro un poco más grueso. Luego, con una bandita de goma, aseguré un trozo de guante descartable de cirugía (podría también haber sido un trozo de globo de látex) de manera que quedara tirante a manera de parche, obstruyendo lo que era la parte inferior de la tapa, y creando una cámara cerrada entre la goma y la tapa. Finalmente hice un agujero en esa cámara, sobre la parte de plástico, y listo.

The first thing I did was look at Instructables, and found several devices to make noise, of which the first one I tried was

Coincidentally my wife uses for washing liquid (Woolite) whose lid also serves as a measure, and it comes in handy to test with little effort.
It all came down to remove the top cap, turning the cap as a straight tube surrounded by another slightly thicker. Then, with a rubber band, secured a piece of disposable surgical glove (could also have been a piece of latex balloon) so that it was taut manner patch, which was obstructing the lower part of the lid, and creating a closed chamber between the rubber and the cap. Finally I made a hole in the chamber, on the plastic, and ready.

Osvaldo, I do not understand "agarre de a pie", or in English "walk grip".
I am studying the language, maybe someday we'll talk.
"Agarrar" se usa en castellano con el sentido de "sorprender", entre otros (puedes verlo en http://www.rae.es/drae/).
Y "de a pie" significa "desprevenido" o "sin preparación".
Yo tengo el deseo de conocer alguno de los hermosos parques nacionales de USA, tal vez algún día lo logre, y entonces necesitaré entender mucho mejor el idioma inglés.

"Agarrar" is used in Castilian with the sense of "surprise", among others (you can see it in http://www.rae.es/drae/).
And "de a pie" means "unaware" or "unprepared".
I have the desire to know any of the beautiful national parks of USA, maybe one day I will do that, and then I need to understand much better English.

Yo cuando voy a manis con mi hijo le hago una trompetilla con una botella de plastico (como las de suavizante o detergente) a la cual, corto el culo y en el tapón, le inseto una trompetilla de espantasuegras (http://images.windycitynovelties.com/prodimages/detail/6535_detail.jpg), no es un aparato super ruidoso, pero para tener entretenido al niño mientras nos manifestamos, genial!

When I go to demos with my son, I do for he a Little trumpet with a plastic bottle with the bottom removed and a noisy pat of that little trumpets (http://images.windycitynovelties.com/prodimages/detail/6535_detail.jpg) attached (and glued if needed) to the cap. It's no really noisy, but it's efffective to keep my child "calm" during the demos...
