Step 16: Mounting the speakers

I used a jigsaw to cut the holes in the side armor panels. The cuts were pretty rough around the edges but the speakers cover that up nicely. :P

Best part is now I can listen to tunes as I work!

You might want to put a bead of silicone caulk around the edge of those rough cuts and let it dry before installing those speakers. this way you don't scratch a hole in the cones of the speaker. and maybe a bit of weather proofing :D

They have some very stout metal protecting the cone for the most part so I'm hoping it won't be an issue. Yikes.. I don't want think even think about it exposed to the elements though. :P
