To start out carve out the custom pieces for your manhack. you'll have to cut a square out of a piece of heavy duty styrofoam.

you wont be able to get it to look like that AND fly without some kind of computer stabilization. The design is dynamically and statically unstable. This means that it will be VERY tough to actually build.
