Here is a rotated icture of the complete circuit (to get a better idea).

The cellphone (as you will see later) plugs in the black hole. The bottom wires (that are on the side on the schematics) are the imput which you can varry from 5-16 volts. Until the cellphone rings, the output is of 1.45 volts (up to 4 volts with lower quality chips, if this is your case, get a better one for 80 cents. Radio shack's 2$ ones are usualy total crap) . As you can see I added a small black cable next to the 555 timer, this is a custom modification I made (to the copper too) to allow the plug to fit directly on the board instead of being wired as I had originally made it.
