This is how to make an addition to a small animal cage (spefically for my pet rabbit) that can withstand chewing and escape attempts while only costing as little at $25!

Step 1: Materials

First, you will need zip ties in various sizes (I recommend a variety pack), some sort of spring clasps/caribeaner, and a "self assembly storage cubes" package (wire square panels with connector pieces.)

Glad I'm not the only one who needed this! They never tell you that the tiny bunny you buy in the store will quickly outgrow the sad little cage they sell her with.

Thanks for the info! We have a Flemish giant named Brutus who is quickly growing. We decided to empty out a closet and build something in there. We'll definitely be using some of your methods. Thanks again!
