This refreshing salad could be eaten for Breakfast, Lunch or Dessert!

It is so versatile you can use it as a Salsa over grilled meat.

Colourful antioxidants will charge your energy with this surprising mixture of veggies, fruit and protein.

Step 1: Prep:

Dice an assortment of fruits and vegetables.

1 mango, peeled and diced

1/2 green pepper seeded

1 tomato, diced

1/2 cup black olives, sliced if you like

1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 cup feta, diced

3-4 sprigs of mint, minced

2 tbsp. EVOO

1/2 lemon, zested and squeezed

Mix all ingredients together and serve!

<p>Beautifull Picture; with the mango it's kind of like a Caribbean Greek salad?</p><p>And nice choice on the cubes feta!</p>
