Homemade bread is always super good. Fresh and just yummy.

Step 1: Ingredients and Method

1 c water

2 tbsp butter

3 c flour

3 tbsp sugar

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

2 1/2 tsp yeast

Addition 3/4 cup raisins (either softened or as is, is fine)

Place all ingredients into your bread machine in the order stated above. Select all white/sweet bread cycle. When you hear the beep, that is when you add the raisins.

Enjoy~

NOTE: either as is or toasted and smeared with butter, this bread is heaven! wrap nicely with cling wrap so bread for hardened.
