-100g Oreo Cookies
-200g Cream Cheese
-100 ml Heavy Cream
-100 ml Yogurt
-80 g Sugar
-2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
-2 Tablespoons Blueberry Jam
Soften the gelatin in liquid (50 ml Water) and set a side. Take out cream inside oreo cookies and crush them. Combine crushed cookies with melted butter, Press on to bottom ( I used round cake pan 3 inch up side of 6.5 inch) Put in refrigerator.
Stir cream cheese in a bowl until soften. Add sugar, heavy cream, yogurt and lemon juice. *Take half of current mixture and put separate bowl for blueberry filling and put in refrigerator.
Heat water and gelatin mixture in the microwave until becomes liquid. About 3-7 second. Do NOT boil gelatin. Pour half of gelatin in to 1st cream cheese mixture and pour the mixture in to the oreo crust and spread evenly. Put refrigerator for 1 HRS
After 1 HRS, Add blueberry jam to left over half mixture and mix well. Reheat left over half gelatin and add to the mixture and pour in to the crust. Refrigerate the cake for 3 hrs or until set. Serve with your favorite fruits or jam.
