Raspberry Horse Racing Cocktail

The Ramble or "Raspberry Bramble" cocktail is a traditional party cocktail in the Horse Racing circuit.

Step 1: You Will Need...

3 lemon wedges

3/1oz raspberry puree

11/2oz gin

3/4oz gomme

1/2oz chambord

Those certainly look good, especially here in raspberry country. According to Wikipedia "gomme" is essentially heavy syrup with a bit of gum arabic added to it (emulsifier). Probably to keep the puree from separating from the drink.
