Raspberry Lemonade Cupcakes

          These Raspberry Lemonade Cupcakes are easy to make and eat! They are very yummy and make great summer treats! I basically substituted the most of the water in the cake recipe with frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate. You could also use this recipe to make regular or strawberry lemonade cupcakes. However you make them, I hope you enjoy them as much as I did!

Step 1: Ingredients and Equipment!

If you want a more tart flavor, you can adjust the recipe so you have 1 cup of the lemonade concentrate and 1/4 cup of water. I like them using the original recipe though because they are sweet but not too sweet! This recipe makes about 21 cupcakes.

Ingredients For Raspberry Lemonade Cake:
+ 1 box of white cake mix
+ 3/4 cup of frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate
+ 1/2 cup of water
+ 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
+ 4 egg whites

Ingredients for Raspberry Lemonade Buttercream:
+ 3 cups of confectioners sugar
+ 1 stick of unsalted butter (room temperature)
+ 3 tbsp of frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate
+ 1 pinch of salt

Optional:
+ Red Raspberries and sugar
+ Pink and yellow food coloring 

Equipment:
+ 2 large bowls
+ Electric mixer
