Introduction: Raspbexplosion Muffins

It's an incredible easy raspberries muffin recipe. There is almost as much raspberries than muffin mix. Really good. Really.












Step 1: Ingredients

Ingredients
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1 tea spoon of baking powder
- 1 tea spoon of sodium bicarbonate
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup of maple sirup
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 tea spoons of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of frozen raspberries

Pre-heat the oven at 350'F (175'C)




Step 2: Mix All Dry Ingredients

Mix the flour, oats, baking powder, sodium bicarbonate and salt together in a large bowl.




Step 3: Mix All Liquid Ingredients

In a pyrex pouring bowl, crack an egg and whisk it. Mix it with the vanilla extract, maple syrup and vegetable oil.

Step 4: Mix Dry and Liquid Ingredients

Pour the liquid mixture in the dry mixture bowl and mix together until it's homogeneous.




Step 5: Add the Raspberries

Add 2 cups of frozen raspberries, and mix gently. Don't mix too much because the mixture will turn a greyish color. Scoop equally the mixture in a 6 large cups muffin pan.



Step 6: Put in the Oven

Bake in the oven at 350'F (175'C) during 25-27 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool a while, unmold and display the muffins on a grill to cool until warm before serving.




Step 7: Enjoy

Eat. Only 490 calories per muffin.

LoL... "only" 490 calories. That said, I LOVE RASPBERRIES. Hope i remember this recipe come this summer.
