Rattle Snake Eggs Prank

Rattle Snake Eggs Prank
After recently visiting a Souvenier Shop in Missouri, while touring, my friend had bought a Rattle Snake Eggs prank. The price was over 6 dollars for materials that cost under a quarter. So I decided to recreate the prank but with different materials, and make it easier to work. This project will only cost under a quarter if you search for the materials, which aren't hard to find.
