I think I´m not the only one who thinks eating chocolate pudding is quite naughty and it´s better not to eat it very often, so I made some research and found out this quite healthy snack or meal, if anyone wants to eat it for breakfast, is packed with good fats and also it doesn't taste like avocado at all, it´s replaced by a wonderful silky texture of pure and healthy chocolate delight.

Enjoy this Instructable and as always every comment is welcomed and appreciated, if you make please send pics and as always love your feedback.

Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients and Tools

This step is the simplest of them all and basically you will need:

Ingredients:

- Avocados (I used 2 medium to large sized, pitted and peeled).

- Raw Liquid Sweetener (1/2 a Cup I used Maple Syrup but you could use Honey or Agave Nectar).

- Unsweetened Cacao powder. ( Used 1/2 a Cup)

- Vainilla Extract. (1 Tablespoon)

- Pinch of Salt. (Not pictured)

Tools:

- Blender.

- Spatula.

- Spoon.

- Measuring Cup.

- Knife (Not pictured)

Step 2: Blend!

Just as the Step says start blending, I recommend starting out with your wet ingredients and blending them until a smooth consistency, then incorporate your Cacao Powder and Salt and finish blending all up.

Use your Spatula and spoon to remove any pudding from the sides, taking into account that my blender was quite tall I had a bit of a problem with this but finally everything got well incorporated, thats the key.

PS: Avoid clogging by starting small, also if consistency is to thick add any Nut milk, Almond recommended, until you reach your desired consistency.

Step 3: Enjoy!

Well guys hoped all of you liked this short but information worthy Instructable, really eager to all of the feedback coming soon.

Some things that would make this recipe better might be using a food processor instead of a blender and also adding the Cacao powder gradually so the taste can be appealing to everyone, I personally love dark and bitter chocolate so I added all the powder without taking samples of the Pudding.

Happy Pudding Making :)

PS: If you would like to make your spice twist go ahead, adding cinnamon or any spice may be a great discovery. Also I tried it out on crackers like a spread and it tasted wonderful, the salt from the crackers and the sweet-bitterness of the pudding make a really harmonizing combination. Try it out.

sounds yum, but I refuse to eat pudding and Jell-O. The way I see it, I'll have plenty of time to enjoy those while I'm in The Home.

Yum I will have to try it
Honey would make this non vegan but that aside sounds pretty good.

I changed the name to make it accurate.

The use of honey is for applying for the Made By Bees Contest and is a great alternative.

This looks delicious. I like the avocado twist. Thanks for sharing and do have a splendorous day!

sunshiine

This looks delicious. I loves me some avocado, and can't resist new ways of incorporating it into different food categories.
