Step 6: THE PLATE

On a plate, A nice squirt of Red Hot. Set the chicken on top. Rest the crispy skin on the chicken. Add a tablespoon or so of caviar and a dollop of blue cheese foam. Enjoy.

Really like this idea/presentation. Gonna save it and use it for an upcoming dinner. Maybe foam the blue cheese. But your way is killer. <br>
My idea here was to foam the blue cheese, If I were to do this again I think I would infuse cream with the blue cheese and send it through an NO2 dispenser. <br>
insanely complex way to serve up hot wings .. but full marks for style :) <br>
This is <em>the</em> fanciest hot wing I have ever seen!
That's fantastic! Frank's caviar is perhaps my favorite kind I've seen so far. :D
