i used reclaimed 2x4,s as legs and supports and a scrap piece of 1/2 inch thick plywood as the top i encourage everyone to use reclaimed wood / this is only my second instructable but i have been building for about 5 years

Step 1: Add Legs to Top

add the legs to the top at each end and in the middle and add feet to the legs

Step 2: Add Side Supports

add side support i only had pvc so thats what i used

Step 3: Add Foam

add foam or padding then ducktape or cover how you want

Step 4: Enjoy Your New Gym Bench for Bench Pressing

<p>also: it would be nice to see the sizes of the structure :) </p>
<p>I just put this together from stuff I had laying around my house so fit to what works best for you</p>
