I was a little confused at first when you said tea "bags."  To me those are the part that contains the tea and is dipped into the water.  What you are using are the teabag envelopes.  Nice, colourful crafts from your instructible, though.

I mostly drink tea that comes in bags/boxes of bags, not individually wrapped ones... but the Twinings boxes are actually quite useful in their own right. Nice simple craft idea, anyway.
