I began by gutting all the old electronics, projector, speakers, capacitors, and cleaning out the inside and outside of the cabinet.

Thank you sir. I am just starting to share some projects. I think the best part about the stand up desk/pc isbeing more aware of the time you spend at the screen, because you are actively standing and using energy.
