Step 3: In a Separate Bowl, Combine Oil, Buttermilk, Eggs, Food Coloring, Vinegar, and Vanilla.
Step 4: Now Add the Dry Ingredients to the Wet Ingredients
Step 5: Fill Cupcake Liners About 3/4 Full and Bake at 350 for 18 - 20 Minutes, or a Tester Comes Clean.
Step 6: To Make the Frosting, Combine the Butter and Cream Cheese, Then Add Vanilla.
Step 7: Now Add Powdered Sugar, at Least 3 Cups, to Get the Consistancy You'd Like.
Step 8: When the Cupcakes Are Cool, Frost and Decorate to Your Liking.
